Application and properties:

The masonry mortar and plaster is a multi-purpose product. It is suitable for brick, gas concrete and ceramsite concrete walls as well as other wall elements. It can be used for preparing traditional plasters on mineral substrates and for refilling defects on walls and ceilings. It is characterised by easy application and good adhesion. The mortar is frost-resistant and waterproof. For indoor and outdoor use. It is a factory-produced mixture of cement, carefully selected fillers and modifiers.

Instruction for use:

Preparation of the substrate

Using a spatula, remove the remains of emulsion and oil paints, and loose grains of sand. The substrate should be clean, tight and free of grease. Before applying the mortar, spray the dry surface with water.

Priming

Highly absorbent substrates should be primed with a deep penetrating primer CEKOL DL-80

Preparation of the mortar

Pour the package content into cold water in a proportion of approx. 0.7 litres of water per a 5 kg package and mix thoroughly.

Application

The prepared mortar should be used within 2 hours. If the mixture thickens, mix it again but do not add water. Capacity: approx. 1.8 kg/mper 1 mm of layer thickness. Approx. 0.55 litres of mortar is obtained from 1 kg of the product. Layer thickness 5÷20 mm. Temperature of application and substrate +5°C÷25°C. Meets the requirements of EN 998-2:2016 General purpose mortar manufactured in the factory according to regulation (G). EN 998-1:2016 General purpose (GP) plaster.
