What is the scope of processing of your personal data?
In order for cooperation in the sale of our goods and services to be effective for both parties, we must process your contact details, identification details and financial settlement data, in particular: name, company name, correspondence data, telephone number or e-mail address, NIP [Tax ID No.], data for issuing accounting documents and payments (e.g. bank account number).
What is the purpose of processing of your personal data?
Before establishing cooperation, we must establish your identity, including the place of delivery of our goods or the place where we render services (art. 6 (1)(c) of the GDPR)
We will contact you at the phone number or e-mail address provided by you to confirm your order, delivery address, confirm your complaint, etc. (art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR as the legitimate interest of the data controller – performance of cooperation conditions)
With your consent, we can send you surveys so you could tell us how do you assess our business is and could be done better. Of course, you can withdraw your consent at any time (art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).
If you consent, we will process your data for marketing purposes. On the basis of a separate consent, we can process data to send commercial information (including newsletters). You can inform us at any time that you do not want to receive such messages, and we will block their delivery (art. 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR).
As an entrepreneur, we have the right to pursue claims for our business operations and for this very purpose we can process your data (art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR as the legitimate interest of the data controller – pursuing claims).
As an entrepreneur, we fulfil tax obligations and keep accounting books, which may involve the processing of your personal data (art. 6 (1)(c) of the GDPR in relation to art. 74 (2) of the Act of 29 September 1994 on accounting).
Will your data be profiled?
One of the ways we process personal data is the so-called profiling, but only for people visiting the website www.cekol.pl—it takes place through the use of automatic mechanisms that operate based on cookies. You can find more information on this subject on the above-mentioned website.
Who can be the recipient of your personal data?
Your personal data as our client can be submitted to entities cooperating with us, in particular IT companies providing us with IT solutions and hosting, legal advisers, freight forwarders, couriers or subcontractors and institutions authorised by law on the basis of the provisions in force. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with legal regulations defining the principles of personal data protection.
Is your data transferred outside the European Union?
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, whose laws may not provide for the same level of protection of your data, unless the law will impose such an obligation on us.

As the data controller, we guarantee you the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as to oppose processing and the right to transfer data to another controller. How long will your personal data be processed?
If you are our client or contractor, your personal data will be processed by us appropriately until the end of cooperation, as well as later, i.e. until the expiry of the period of limitation of possible claims and in connection with the archiving obligation.
In marketing activities, customer satisfaction surveys or sending commercial information—we process data until the consent is withdrawn or the objection is raised.
