What is the scope of processing of your personal data?

In the recruitment process, we process personal data of candidates for work in the range specified by the applicable law or expressed in the candidate’s consent.

What is the purpose of processing of your personal data?

We process your personal data indicated in the Labour Code based on the law, and submitting such data is necessary to participate in recruitment. Other data (e.g. image) we process based on your voluntary consent, which you expressed by sending us your application (art. 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR and art.6 (1)(c) of the GDPR)

Who can be the recipient of your personal data?

The recipients of your data may be entities providing technical and technological services in connection with our recruitment process and external entities provided for by law.

Is your data transferred outside the European Union?

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.

What are the rights associated with the processing of your personal data?

As the data controller, we guarantee you the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as to oppose processing and the right to transfer data to another controller. If you want to use any of these rights—please contact us via the e-mail address provided above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body regarding compliance with personal data protection regulations.

How long will your personal data be processed?

Your data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment and 2 months after its completion, unless you have agreed to participate in future recruitment—then in accordance with the consent clause. If you did not specify the term in the consent clause, the data will be processed in recruitments conducted for 1 year from the date of providing us with the data.

Is it your responsibility to provide data?

We will not be able to process your application documents if you do not include a consent clause for the processing of your data in the recruitment process. Expressing the consent for participation in future recruitment is voluntary.

Will your data be processed in an automated or profiled way?

No, your personal data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
